I normally keep tabs on upcoming leagues and may get back into posting news on this site about general happenings, but for the time being please let me know of competitions that need to be added so demos can be uploaded.

Look’s like we made it… I know QL|Jehar sings a song like that every once in a while. At the very least, I know I’ve heard him humm it.

Once again, we asked the NA QuakeLive community if they wanted a TDM 2v2 Season 2, and the response was solid. I want to thank all the teams who signed up. As stated previously, we are trying something a little different for Season 2. For obvious reasons, we are using two separate competition levels: Pro and Pro-2B.

QL TDM 2v2: Season 2 Beginning – Sign ups are open now and I am taking names. I need
* 2-3 players max,
* Team Name,
* QL in-game names (no aliases)
Sign ups close Sunday 9 pm CST -
The Teams selected to play in SEASON 2 will be announced after closure of sign ups. Once I have had a chance to review all the teams, players, and criteria, I will announce those teams competing.
My intention for now is
* Pro – 8 teams max
* Pro-2B – 8 teams max

IEM4 QuakeLive Asia Championship LAN Coverage
Today, February 4th, at 9:30PM EST (3:30AM CET), QuakeLive.TV will bring you day 1 of the Intel Extreme Masters: QuakeLive Asia Championship tournament in Taipei, Taiwan. Notable attendees such as uNleashed, proZaC, and Jibo will be featured in 1v1.

BiBS EU CTF Playoffs this Sunday, Dec 13
Coming up this Sunday 11:00 EST, 13 December 2009, QuakeLive.tv's GreasedScotsman will be teaming up with djWHEAT from LiveOnThree to bring you the Semifinals, Third Place and Grand Finals matches of the 2009 BiBS EU CTF Season 2! Top teams of the playoffs will receive AGP Ranking Points based on their final standings.

IEM4 AMERICA PLAYDAY # 2
Tonight the IEM4 American Championship continues with Playday # 2. QL.TV will be providing coverage of the pl4gue vs gellehsak match at 03:00 GMT, 16 November 2009.
We also hope to be able to stream the Griffin vs LoSt-CaUzE or the sparks vs relic match directly after but are still working on confirmations.
If relic is back in town, stay up late tonight to watch the tentatively scheduled relic vs griffin from Playday # 1 at 06:00 GMT, 16 November 2009.

TDM 2v2: Thank God in heaven, finally week seven (7)

It seems like only yesterday that we began down this fun fraggin’ road. Remember how it started? In 96-hrs we signed up 28 players and about 14 teams. All this covered 4 divisions, 3 east, and 1 west.

QL:TV Casting for Monday’s TDM 2v2 will begin at our usual 9:30 pm EST time slot.
The following is tentative as I got the “ok” from one team from each cast. I got the ok to pencil in for:
* EAST: x_X 2v2 vs Area 51 2v2

* WEST : Adrenaline Rush 2v2 vs K92v2
(ok by K9 2v2; checking with ARush 2v2)
