Once again, we asked the NA QuakeLive community if they wanted a TDM 2v2 Season 2, and the response was solid. I want to thank all the teams who signed up. As stated previously, we are trying something a little different for Season 2. For obvious reasons, we are using two separate competition levels: Pro and Pro-2B.

To commemorate QuakeLive.TV's coverage of over 60 events resulting in more than 100 VODs and also hitting the 20th round of the community-favorite, King of the Hill 1v1, QLTV has decided to throw a special event on Wednesday night.

To begin, QLTV will launch its brand new podcast show, The QuadCast at 7:30pm EDT (11:30pm GMT). At the normal start time for King of the Hill, 9pm EDT (1am GMT), we will begin the all new All Your Base event featuring CTF open to the community!

We are now reaching the middle of this league’s 6-7 week stretch. You can already begin to see a parting of the ways in wins/losses. More vivid is the “dragging of the feet” of teams to get the matches played.

I have posted some of Week4 matches. The rest will come Sunday. I am asking all teams to find a way to play their matches. No reason for me to chase you down. Get it done. It ultimately effects your standing. Not only that, we will make note of those who give up literally mid stream vs those who tough it out and play, for Season2 team sign-up acceptance.

Bottomline: Schedule, play, ggs

QL.TV Casting matches for East and West will be posted Sunday.

Two items to note:

1. West Division is once again the LEADING division to have all its 6 matches done before all the other divisions. They completed all matches by Tuesday night. Thanks a ton for this.

2. Week 2 seems to be dragging a little. I realize its all a matter of scheduling. But ,I remind you I am a mediator to manage the league, not to manage or get involved with minor dealings. All I ever need to know is if your match will NOT happen Monday night as per the League night, then when? All I need to know is Date/Time of scheduled match.

Get it scheduled, played, and on to next week please.

Thanks to all who have stepped up to try to work around schedules. Ultimately, it is in your best interest from a standings standpoint to do so.

I am also pleased to see that teams are following the "Demo submission" Rule. Get your popcorn, pull up a seat, and watch them matches.
